Each case is made with care and attention, just for you.
Because many of our products are custom-made, we have a few important guidelines regarding returns and refunds:
CUSTOM & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
• Custom phone cases are made specifically based on your inputs and preferences.
• Due to their personalised nature, custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
READY-MADE PRODUCTS
• Ready-made phone cases can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Kindly share clear photos or a short video showing the issue so we can assist you quickly.
REFUNDS
• Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Slight variations in colour or placement may occur due to screen differences and the handmade nature of our products.
• Such variations are not considered defects.
